LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At SolRide, we stand behind our surfskate products 100%. Our products are built from the highest quality hardware available on the market. SolRide warrants its product against defects for the first 30 days from purchase. A defective product can be sent back to SolRide within thirty (30) days of purchase for repair or replacement. All return requests must be submitted by email or by phone with a return RA (return authorization) number provided by a SolRide Customer Service Representative (prepaid freight only). The RA must be clearly printed on the carton prior to shipping. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

WHAT IS COVERED
DECKS
Wood is a natural material considered to be a consumable material that is sensitive to element conditions such as extreme temperatures, humidity, and improper storage. Used, warped or broken decks are not covered under the SolRide Warranty Policy.
TRUCKS
SolRide trucks are made from high strength aluminum. We guarantee our trucks to be free against defects in materials and workmanship for life. They are designed to provide a lifetime of dependability.
Our Guarantee does not cover breakage due to normal wear and tear & consumable parts such as:
- Negligence / improper care
- Improper installation
- Modifications to original design
- Woods Decks: warped, broken, or scratched
- Grip tape
- Risers
- Wheels
- Bearings
- Bushings
- Kingpins
- Rust
- Cosmetic scratches
- Corrosion

SolRide warranties provided above are the only warranties applicable. SolRide does not make other warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with any product purchased from us. Additionally, SolRide shall not be responsible for any consequential or indirect loss or damages incurred in connection with the use of any product purchased from us.
